We want your visit to feel calm and easy. Here’s everything you need to know.
Patch tests: Help us keep you safe – we required a valid patch test done 48 hours prior to all colour appointments. If you are an existing clients, but have not had a colour service with us in the past 6 months we require an updated patch test. Feel free to pop in anytime during opening hours and we will have you on your way in two tiks.
Though you may have had no issues with reactions in the past or have had Davines colour at another salon we still ask for a patch test. Individual tolerance can change over time, and though uncommon, reactions can occur.
Cancellations: As a small business, we operate on a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Last minute cancellations and no-shows greatly affect our stylists. To safeguard our team, no-shows will be charged at the full appointment value.
Deposits: All bookings require a 20% deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour cancellation window. 50% of the appointment will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. No shows will result in a fee of the full appointment value.
Late arrivals: Good hair takes time! We want to give each client the full Fourth House experience, and the best service that we possibly can. If you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but sometimes will not have enough time to get you the results you deserve if we start the appointment late.
